Within the framework of the Memorandum of cooperation, a meeting was held with representatives of the public union "World Wide Fund for Nature" WWF-Ukraine. During the meeting, discussed the possible practical steps for the introduction of nature-oriented solutions in the forestry sector of Ukraine for sustainable post-war rehabilitation of the industry.

Among the priorities of cooperation identified as close to nature forestry, restoration of forest landscapes, the conservation of virgin forests and other old-growth forests, conservation and management of floodplain forests and wetlands, conservation of self-sown forests, dead wood management, implementation of each of which contributes to adaptation to climate change, as well as the implementation of several international obligations.

Emphasis is placed on jointly seeking practical applications of these solutions in the war and post-war period.
