Every spring and autumn, we plant young forests. This year, we plan to plant more than 200 million seedlings.

During this time, some branches of the State Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine" have already planted the first seedlings of this year. The planting is part of the President's Green Country program.

• Ivano-Frankivsk - 3 thousand units;
• Lviv - 45 thousand units;
• Sumy - 11 thousand pieces;
• Ternopil - 31 thousand units;
• Khmelnytskyi - 100 thousand units;
• Chernivtsi - 4 thousand units;
• Dnepropetrovsk - 279 thousand units;
• Vinnytsia - 370 thousand units;
• Kirovograd - 7 thousand units;
• Cherkasy - 27 thousand units;
• Mykolaiv - 153 thousand units;
• Odesa - 62 thousand units;
• Volyn - 648 thousand units;
• Rivne - 964 thousand units;
• Kyiv - 304 thousand units;
• Zhytomyr - 1 million 61 thousand pieces.

Who is planting the forest?

• State Enterprise "Forests of Ukraine" - 4 million pcs.
• URIFFM - 34 thousand pieces.
• Dniprovsko-Teterivske State Forestry and Hunting Enterprise - 3.5 thousand.

The number of planted seedlings directly depends on the weather and climatic conditions of the region.
