During the spring planting season, enterprises of the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine planted 116.1 million tree plants on an area of 16,890.8 ha, of which, 1354.7 ha was forestation.

Enterprises of all oblast regional departments, except Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and U URIMF, have sown forest seeds in nurseries. The total sown area is now 135.2 ha.
