Lubov Polyakova, Head of the Sector of International Relations, Science and Public Relations of the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine, has been elected Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the FAO European Forestry Commission!

As of today, together with the newly elected members of the Executive Committee for Finland, Switzerland and Uzbekistan, she will lead the work of the FAO European Forestry Commission over the next two years and will represent the Commission at the relevant meetings of the FAO Governing Bodies.
